If you submit any content to the platform, including forum posts, assignment responses, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for platform operation and improvement purposes. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Certain courses or features require payment. All fees are displayed on the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Where services are offered on a subscription basis, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konpaterud and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Konpaterud and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access platform content immediately ceases. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Konpaterud regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
